I own a shop and would love to sell Atenti, how do I purchase?
|
Atenti would love to work with you to find the perfect pieces for your store. We provide unique offerings for our wholesale customers. To login to our site and purchase bags and accessories, you will first need to fill in an application HERE. Applications are reviewed to ensure the business is a good fit. After review you’ll get an email with a link to establish your personal password or to request further information.

What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
|
All claims must be filed in writing within 15 days of shipping. Returns are subject to a 5% transaction fee. All expenses will be credited back with the exception of the shipping costs and fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please note that if you qualified for free shipping originally, an additional $15 will be subtracted to cover the original cost to ship.
Returns postmarked back to us 15 days after receipt of purchase are eligible for store credit only.
Special orders that have been customized or personalized in any way are non-refundable, and cannot be returned.
All SALE items are FINAL SALE.

Free shipping on orders over $200.
$15 for Domestic Shipping. $37 for Canada.

How long before my item arrives?
|
In general, orders are filled and shipped ground, via UPS or USPS within two weeks.

Most of our items are dry clean only, unless otherwise stated on the specific product page.

Please note, all our products are lovingly handmade: cut by hand in small batches and fabric placement varies so may look slightly different from the image!
